What is your return policy for online orders?
We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for a full refund on regular priced items. Items must be in original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, gravitypope ships worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
Can I return an item purchased online to a physical store?
Regular priced items purchased online can be returned at any gravitypope location for an exchange or store credit. For a refund to your original payment method, the item must be mailed back to our warehouse.
Are all items on the website available in-store?
While we strive for consistency, inventory varies by location. You can use the 'Check In-Store Availability' feature on the product page or contact your local boutique directly.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and gravitypope gift cards. All transactions are processed in CAD or USD depending on your region.
How can I track my order?
